The billing address of your credit card used for purchase must match the billing address entered for your order.

SALES TAX

Tilos is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. For Canadian purchases, we collect duty and GST where applicable.

CHARGING YOUR CARD

Your credit card will be charged when the merchandise has shipped. The credit card charge will appear on your bank statement as a charge from MWRC Internet Sales – Tilos. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for your typographical errors.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If your order is sent from more than one shipping location, your products may arrive in multiple shipments, however you will not be charged for any additional freight costs.
