A. As a registered user, you can login and check the status of your order online, track your shipment, and update your ship to and billing information.
Q. Do I have access to this information without an account?
A. We will send you an order confirmation, shipping and billing confirmations and UPS tracking numbers by email when your order is shipped. However, your personal ship to and billing information can only be modified online via your account.
Q. Is ordering easier if I have an account?
A. Yes. As a registered user, your standard bill-to and ship-to information will be pre-entered in your checkout form, saving you time and effort. You can always change any information on an individual order basis.
