Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Your order will be shipped within two business days of receipt of order. You will be notified by email when the order has been processed and shipped. The email will include the UPS tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. Your credit card will be charged by MWRC Internet Sales, LLC.
Q. What am I charged for shipping and handling?
A. You will be charged the actual UPS shipping cost plus $1.00 for shipping and handling. In the event that you order products that are shipped from more than one location, you will only be charged as if they were shipped from one location. If products are shipped from more than one location, you will see charges on your credit card statement for the products in each shipment. Your credit card will be charged by MWRC Internet Sales, LLC.
Q. What happens if a product I order is out of stock?
A. Although we strive to be sure only products actually in stock are offered for sale online, in rare circumstances it is possible that an item you ordered may be temporarily out of stock at the time your order is actually processed for shipment. In such cases, items in stock will be shipped and you will be notified of the shipment as stated above. When the out of stock item is again available, it will be shipped separately. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost. If the item is not received in inventory within 30 days, you will be notified and given an opportunity to cancel your order or keep it active.
