SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The Senior Accountant’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Liaise with various departments such as Tax, General Ledger, Treasury, Cost and Legal to handle, discuss and resolve matters involving transfer pricing
  • Build spreadsheets and models to calculate transfer pricing charges of goods, services and intangibles between entities within the company
  • Perform month end accounting close process for Transfer Pricing
  • Maintain all aspects of the consolidation closing process and calendar management
  • Prepare consolidating and eliminating journal entries for monthly consolidation, and reconciliation all intercompany balance sheet accounts
  • Maintain consolidation elimination entries and ensure appropriate sign-offs and approvals have been obtained
  • Assist with oversight of corporate legal entity structure to ensure that consolidation accounting is properly recorded in accordance with tax and operating objectives
  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports
  • Continuously assess and develop appropriate information for senior management
  • Participate in special projects to support management’s need for financial statement analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • 3 – 5 years total finance and accounting experience including a strong background in US GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities

OPERATION MANAGER

Operation Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, maintain relationship and act as contact point for all dealers and vendors in North America;
  • Manage inventory supply on company website & Online stores: Identify new products in the markets;
  • Monitor pricing of company and competitor’s products;
  • Coordinate all promotional activities;
  • Provide customer support and resolve all complaints and warranty replacements;
  • Review and ensure accurate billing and accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; and
  • Knowledge of price theory; supply chain management; data analytics; and strategic management.

Travel Requirements: 

  • Incidental travel within the US for sales meetings (1-2 times a year) and an annual trade show.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a seasoned Product Development Manager (PDM) to join our team. In this exciting role of driving new product development and the product portfolio, you will be responsible for projects across all product categories that translate into cutting edge, easy-to-use and cost effective items for our customers. The PDM will collaborate on category expansion products. Candidate must think “Tilos” and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. If you have a technical background and market understanding of scuba diving, consider joining the Tilos team.

Product Development Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Bring new OEM products from concept to market launch and beyond
  • Research and produce Market Analysis Reports
  • Write Product/System Briefs
  • Perform feasibility and financial analysis of products and categories
  • Monitor and test Tilos equipment first hand when necessary
  • Evaluate and document prototype systems and components
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers through the entire OEM product process
  • Work with the PM/Buyer Team to move products into the pipeline
  • Conceptualize new technologies and product ideas from research and trade show exposure
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with members of cross-functional team (aka play nice with others)
  • Collaborate with team to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of technical experience in a Product Development environment required. Scuba Diving equipment knowledge desired
  • 2+ years experience in retail planning and analysis preferred
  • Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent logical analysis and problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and good understanding of networking
