PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Product registration is an important step toward enjoying your new Tilos Product. Registering helps us facilitate warranty service, and permit us to contact you should your product require an update or other service.
Failure to register the product does not diminish the consumer’s warranty rights.
Please retain your original dated sales receipt for your records. For warranty service of your Tilos Product you will need to provide a copy of your dated sales receipt obtained from an Authorized Tilos Dealer to confirm warranty status.
When purchasing online at tilos.com, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as a receipt. If you purchased Tilos product through an Authorized Tilos Dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
To request an exchange, please fill out the Product Return Form to obtain and RGA number. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
WARRANTY DETAILS
ONLY products purchased from Authorized Tilos Dealers are eligible for ANY warranty or service program coverage. Products not purchased from an authorized source MAY NOT be authentic, be complete, have all design and production updates, meet Tilos’ performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with.
Tilos guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner’s guide or instruction card included with the equipment for the period outlined below. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at Tilos’ sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).
This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Tilos to perform service, or if the equipment is used for rental, military or commercial purposes.
EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not extend to cover theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, or deteriorating chemicals. Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an Authorized Tilos Dealership voids the warranty. Tilos will not be responsible for recovery or replacement of the product in the event of loss or theft. Tilos, it’s Authorized International Distributors, and Authorized Dealers make no other warranties, either expressed or implied, orally, or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly stated within the preceding paragraphs. Tilos will not be held responsible for any agreements orally or in writing with the exception of those expressly included in this warranty statement. This statement and the terms contained herein supersede all statements contained in any and all owner’s guides, instruction cards, or other equipment literature or catalogs. In no event will Tilos, its Authorized International Distributors, and Authorized Dealers be held responsible or liable for any personal injuries resulting from the use of the covered equipment, or for any other damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential; even if Tilos has been advised of such damages.
Warranty, returns and refunds are not available from for products listed under the "Clearance" category. All sales are final.
